Chief Operating Officer
Jayne is our Chief Operating Officer and has been with the company for over 15 years of working for the business in a variety of roles including, Sales and Business Development Manager, Acting General Manager and then Head of Customer Service.
Jayne's role involves looking after not only the Reservations and Operations teams but also our Partnerships, Groups and Systems departments. Jayne is enthusiastic and passionate about getting things right, every time, for our clients.
Head of HR and Performance
Lorraine joined the group in 2007 and looks after all areas of HR, in addition she oversees the training and development of all staff members. As the Head of HR and Performance, Lorraine handles the recruitment, employee relations, benefits and the policies and practices.
Lorraine said “Most importantly, I must be available to answer the questions and needs of the employees in the company. Employee morale is of vital importance therefore practices need to be implemented that create and help to foster high employee morale within the company”.
Head of Finance
Darren is our Head of Finance and responsible for all finance throughout Travel Innovation Group (our Umbrella company).
Prior to joining the group in July 2003, Darren worked for Phillips Salisbury Chartered Accountants and the construction company Redrow Group PLC. Darren holds a BSc in Economics and Economic Social History.
