The incentive is open to Aviate operators ONLY excluding groups.
Applicable for all Etihad Airways bookings through Aviate made between 1 June 2022 – 31 July 2022.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
Dates of the Fam Trip are 22 September 2022 – 26 September 2022, flying from London Heathrow and Manchester to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
All winners will be selected from the list of qualifying bookings, at the end of the incentive period.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Passengers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and any necessary visa’s/permits prior to beginning their journey.
Prizes cannot be exchanged.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid: travel insurance, passport, visas.
The prize does not include tipping, some meals, any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements, including vaccination passports if required, are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
The winners must be available for travel on the dates of the Fam trip as listed.
The winners must travel on all flights as organised by Aviate.
The winners must be able to travel to the designated departure airport at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
