Our prizes are distributed at tour operator level, it is up to the winning tour operator how they then award these prizes internally.
The incentive period runs from 1 September – 30 September 2024.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during and after the period and only bookings made from operators based in the UK will be qualified.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
All prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Winners will be announced within 21 working days of the incentive ending.
It is the winners responsibility to ensure that visas have been applied and paid for, that travel insurance has been arranged and that both travellers comply with the chosen destination covid restrictions and regulations, including having all covid vaccinations as necessary.
Both travellers must fly together on the same flight both ways.
Flights cannot be upgraded.
Transfers are not included.
Spending money is not included.
Tickets may only be used between the dates given on the prize winner letter.
Seashells accommodation is subject to availability and is a one bedroom apartment at a choice of Seashells. Winner can take seven nights at one property or split it up amongst the four -
Seashells Scarborough, Seashells Mandurah, Seashells Yallingup or Seashells Broome.
Aviate/Emirates/Tourism Western Australia retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
