Each booking made will be entered into the prize draw and the tour operator with the most
improved pax increase vs the same booking period last year will be awarded.

To qualify for this booking incentive, you must have a flights account with Aviate and have booked
Air Canada or United Airlines flights via Aviate between 1 – 31 March 2025.

Our prizes are distributed at tour operator level, it is up to the winning tour operator how they then
award these prizes internally.

The incentive period runs from 1 – 31 March 2025.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during and after the period and only bookings made
from operators based in the UK will be qualified.

Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.

All prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Winners will be announced within 21 working days of the incentive ending.

Aviate/Air Canada/United Airlines retain the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time.

Aviate/Air Canada/United Airlines retain the right to withdraw this incentive
at any time without notice or explanation.
