A change in Wideroe's London - Kristiansand service route...

From Sunday 29 March, Wideroe’s London – Kristiansand service will operate from London Southend (SEN) instead of London Stansted (STN).

The new airport gives customers a more efficient and better travel experience, with fewer queues and shorter distances, which we know customers will appreciate. Apart from that, customers will not experience major changes. Travel time from/to central London (Liverpool Station) is the same, connections are good, and trains run just as often (up to 6 times per hour).

Information about the airport:

London Southend Airport is an established airport serving business and leisure passengers flying across Europe. The airport has a dedicated railway station, with up to six train services an hour offering direct links to London Liverpool Street (51 minutes). Once here, passengers can typically go from train to plane in 15 minutes, with the airport just 100 paces from the train station. The airport offers an average 5-minute check in with passengers usually spending three minutes going through security.

For bookings already made:
The selling office will get the reservation on queue. Please reissue the ticket involuntary. For passengers NOT willing to accept the airport change, you may offer full refund. Insert in PNR: FE FULL REFUND DUE APT CHANGE IN LON

We hope that the change of airport won’t give you any problems, and that you will see it as an improvement as the airport is smaller and smoother. Travel time to/from central London should be the same, and so will the flight time to/from Kristiansand.
