COVID 19 PCR test requirements for passengers travelling from the UK to Dubai have changed - update from Emirates

Travel requirements for the UAE have changed. Customers travelling from the UK and arriving or transiting in Dubai must present a test certificate for a negative COVID-19 PCR (Reverse transcription - Polymerase Chain Reaction) only. The test should be taken at an approved facility within 48 hours of flight departure.

The test certificate must have the location of the testing facility where the sample was taken to be accepted for the flight.

NHS COVID-19 certificate and other test certificates, including antibody tests and home testing kits, are not accepted.

UAE nationals and children under 12 years are exempted.

Due to the ongoing health situation worldwide, rules may change constantly, so keep checking Emirates Travel requirements page for the latest updates.
