Mediterraneo Restaurant
The most elegant at the resort, serving your clients Mediterranean cuisine
unlike any other available in Punta Cana, using ingredients from various cultures blended with local elements and specialties from artisanal suppliers in Europe.
Mediterraneo is open daily from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Dress code: Resort Elegant.
Blue Bar + Grill
Blue Bar + Grill is Eden Roc’s newest restaurant, located in the Beach Club, it’s on the brink of becoming one of the Dominican Republic’s premiere dining destinations for both holiday makers and locals alike. The restaurant features sophisticated culinary options, a show stopping bar and wine showcase, cigar cellar and poolside rotisserie.
Open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Dress code: Casual (lunch), Smart-casual (dinner).
La Palapa
At the Eden Roc Beach Club, La Palapa showcases light Mediterranean cuisine which features varieties such as pasta, local seafood, and meat dishes, prepared with fresh Caribbean products, cooked to perfection and served in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
Open every day for lunch and dinner, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Dress code: Casual (lunch), Smart-Casual (dinner).
La Cava
La Cava is the resorts wine cellar, which can offer guests an exclusive area for intimate dinners with a selection of thousands of bottles of the finest French and Italian vintages. The setting has the feel of an underground room in an historic hacienda updated for a contemporary wine connoisseur
