Flights resuming from Istanbul to Birmingham with Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines flights between Istanbul Airport and Birmingham are planned to recommence on 14 June 2021 according to the schedule below.

Passengers can travel into the UK on the Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul to Birmingham subject to the UK immigration rules.

As Turkey is currently a red list country, only passengers eligible to enter the UK under applicable rules can be accepted onto the flight.

Red list countries and territories entry rules:

What you must-do if you have been in a country or territory on the red list in the 10 days before you arrive in the United Kingdom.

If you have been in a country or territory on the red list in the last 10 days you will only be allowed to enter the UK if you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK.

You must follow these rules even if you have been vaccinated.

Before travelling to the United Kingdom from a red list country, passengers have to:

- complete a passenger locator form

- take a COVID 19 test

- book a quarantine hotel package, including 2 COVID 19 tests.

On arrival to the United Kingdom, passengers will be required to quarantine in the hotel they have booked for 10 days, unless exempt.
