United Airlines have teamed up with The Private Suite to create a new luxury experience at LAX!

United are excited to announce our exclusive partnership with The Private Suite Los Angeles, a newly built, private terminal at LAX. Customers who purchase access will enjoy private and personalized check-in and baggage handling as well as private TSA screening, a luxurious individual suite to enjoy before boarding with full-service amenities, and gourmet food service.

What will customers experience:

If they’re departing LAX for Aspen, Cabo San Lucas, Hawaii, London Heathrow, Melbourne, New York/Newark, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney or Tokyo Narita — or arriving into LAX from any of these locations — they’ll be able to take advantage of this one-of-a-kind experience. 

PRIVACY
At a remote terminal away from the rest of LAX, they’ll enjoy the convenience of private check-in and baggage handling as well as private Transportation Security Administration and U.S. Customs and Border Protection clearance directly from The Private Suite facility.

LOUNGE
They’ll have access to a private United lounge featuring a self-service bar, food, snacks and customizable food delivery services. The lounge includes a private bathroom, daybed, flat-screen TV and runway views.

TRANSPORT
When it’s time to board their flight, they’ll be driven by a concierge across the tarmac directly to their aircraft in a BMW.

ENTOURAGE
A team of eight people is assigned to each booking, ensuring a seamless experience for both outbound and inbound flights.
