Book Gulf Air via Aviate between 1 – 31 March 2026 to be in with a chance of winning one of two spots on a Fam Trip to Bahrain!
All eligible bookings made during the campaign period will be entered into the prize draw and awarded at random. The top booker will win a place on the trip and one ‘wild card’ place will be selected at random.
Only bookings on Gulf Air made via Aviate will qualify. Flights must be booked with Aviate.
The incentive period runs from 1 March – 31 March 2026
The incentive is open to all Aviate operators.
Dates of Fam are 17 May 2026 – 21 May 2026 , flying from Manchester - Bahrain.

No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive, or prize draw.
The winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
The winners must arrange, where applicable, their own valid: travel insurance, passport, visas prior to beginning their journey.
The prize does not include tipping, some meals, any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
Compliance with any health or government requirements, including vaccination passports if required, are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
The winners must be available for travel on the dates of the Fam Trip as listed.
The winners must travel on all flights as organised by Aviate.
The winners must be able to travel to the designated departure airport at their own expense for both the outbound and return journeys.
Trips cannot be extended.
Aviate/Gulf Air retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
