Our Aviate Flights Customer Support teams are available as per below.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00

All Customer Support teams (excluding Refunds) can now be reached by telephone during the above hours. This includes queries for: Reservations, Schedules, Ticketing, Post-ticketing Amends, and general queries.

Please call our Flights main switchboard number - 0151 350 1110, you will then be given five options as to you what your call is regarding to best direct your call to the relevant team.

For emergencies when the telephone lines are closed, please login to for details of our emergency out of hours support. Our emergency out of hours support always has been and always will be free of charge.

Visiting us 
World House can be easily found off junction 10 of the M53, located Cheshire Oaks Business Park. Whether you are visiting us by road, rail or air, you can use the below map to plan your journey.

Ample, private and secure visitor parking is available at our office. Enter through the main World House entrance located on Lloyd Drive.

Electric Cars
As part of our mission for a greener World House, we have four charging points available for visitors with electric cars to use. Two are located on the roundabout in the bays closest to the building and two are located on the opposite side of the roundabout.
