AIR CANADA FLASH: Announcing Edinburgh to Montreal Summer 2025

New Non-Stop Seasonal Service commencing June 2025!
Edinburgh - Montréal
Air Canada is pleased to introduce a new non-stop seasonal summer service between Edinburgh and Montréal. Flights will be operated with Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft, accommodating 169 passengers, featuring a choice of Premium Economy and Economy Class service.
Operating three times weekly from June 27, 2025 until September 07, 2025.
This new service further boosts Air Canada’s seasonal summer schedule from Edinburgh to eastern Canada; connecting Scotland’s capital to more of Canada all within the same terminal at Air Canada’s Montréal international hub.
US-bound customers who are connecting between Air Canada flights in Montréal can clear US Customs & Immigration formalities in Montréal, thus saving time on arrival at their final destination in the US, where their arrival is treated as a domestic flight.
Air Canada’s Boeing 737 Max 8 offers a choice of two cabins: Premium Economy featuring larger seats with additional leg room and premium services, and Economy featuring complimentary Chef-inspired and designed meals, wines, and beverages.
Enjoy award-winning inflight entertainment screens at every seat with hundreds of hours of complimentary onboard entertainment.
Edinburgh - Toronto
Edinburgh-Toronto continues to operate this summer; the current 4x weekly frequency ramps up to a daily service from May 31, 2025. Flights will continue to be operated using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with three classes of service to choose from onboard including lie-flat pods with Air Canada Signature Class.
Currently operating from four times weekly up to daily, this service ends on October 25, 2025.
