Etihad Airways update | More to Thailand and Male plus Bali is coming
We're pleased to share this exciting news from our partners at Etihad Airways.
Etihad Airways are adding more flights to some of the world's most popular leisure destinations - Bangkok and Malé - and adding new services to Bali, Indonesia!
Effective from 22 February 2024, they will add three extra weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Bangkok, enabling even more connections to the capital of Thailand. These flights will operate under the following designations:
- EY0406 departs Abu Dhabi at 1410, arriving in Bangkok at 2310 on .2.4.6.
- EY0407 departs Bangkok at 0315, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 0700 on ..3.5.7
The increase in Bangkok services make for more connectivity options for guests, especially for those originating in London.
They are retiming their new EY260 Abu Dhabi to Malé service, to depart at 0910 and arrive at 1435 local time. This ensures that guests can effectively connect onto seaplane services to their final destination in the Maldivian atolls.
Finally, they are so excited to share that they’ll be offering a service to and from Bali Denpasar from Summer 2024 with their Boeing 787-9 aircraft. With a four times weekly service, it is timed to connect seamlessly with our flagship services from London, Manchester and Dublin.
The new flights to ‘The Island of the Gods’ has been announced today, Thursday 7th December, and will be available to book in the GDS in the coming days. You will find the services under the following designations starting 23rd April 2024:
- EY0476 departs Abu Dhabi at 2225, arriving in Bali at 1135 on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
- EY0477 departs Bali at 1845, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 2345 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
