Terms & Conditions: The United Airlines/Air Canada/Aviate Management Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all agents booking through Aviate Management based in the UK, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time they enter this promotion. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, you represent that your employer is fully informed and approves of your participation in this promotion.
Entry: Eligible entrants must book Air Canada or United Airlines operated flights from the UK to include at least one transatlantic sector between 26 February 2018 and 25 March 2018 (the “entry period”) for travel from 26 February up to 11 months in advance. Valid bookings must be ticketed by the usual ticket deadlines. The service fee will be deducted at the time of booking and not at the time of ticketing. Applicable to new IT bookings only, on Air Canada and United Airlines operated flights to all destinations on the IT contract. Not applicable to group bookings (Aviate Groups Department). Entries received prior to or after the entry period will be disqualified from this promotion. United Airlines and Air Canada reserve the right to determine whether any local laws, regulations or other applicable rules permit the awarding of the deduction under these rules without what United Airlines and Air Canada in its sole discretion believes to be a detrimental effect upon the company. Based on United Airlines and Air Canada’s’ determination of this effect, it may deny making a service fee deduction without notice. Open to select and specifically notified operators only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or promotion.
Incentive: Once Aviate Management has determined at its sole discretion that a booking is fully eligible for the promotion, the booking services fee will be reduced at the time of booking. The promotion may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. There is no cash or alternate discount substitute.
General Conditions: United Airlines, Air Canada and Aviate Management may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify and/or cancel the promotion if it deems the operation or administration of the promotion has been tampered with in any way. United Airlines, Air Canada and Aviate Management reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned as the account holder. If any provision of these official rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
