Each booking made will be entered into the prize draw at the end of the incentive period, and the winner will be picked at random.
To qualify for this booking incentive, you must have a flights account with Aviate and have booked Emirates flights via Aviate between 1 – 31 August 2026.
Our prizes are distributed at tour operator level; it is up to the winning tour operator how they then award these prizes internally.
The incentive period runs from 1 - 31 August 2026.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during and after the period and only bookings made from operators based in the UK will be qualified.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Both travellers need to travel together on both the outbound and inbound journey. No extensions, stop-overs or upgrades will be allowed, and blackout dates may apply and will be specified to the winner upon announcement of the prize.
The prize consists of a three-night stay in a Deluxe Room on a bed and breakfast basis for two adults. The prize is awarded as a voucher and is valid for travel from 16 November 2026 for a period of one 1 year, expiring on 15 November 2027. The voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to exclude the voucher from certain dates, including peak periods, public holidays, and special events. Blackout dates may apply.
Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and any necessary visas/permits prior to beginning their journey.
Compliance with any health or government requirements, including vaccination passports if required, are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
All prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Flights cannot be upgraded.
Transfers are not included.
Spending money is not included.
