From 5 October 2026, secure selected Qatar Airways flights via Aviate for a chance to win a £500 voucher of choice.  

Each week will have a different Qatar Airways booking focus and our top booker of the week will be rewarded.  

Week 1 – Business Class  
Make the most Qatar Airways Business Class bookings via Aviate between 5 and 11 October. 

Week 2 – Maldives 
Make the most Qatar Airways bookings to the Maldives via Aviate between 12 and 18 October.  

Week 3 – Australia 
Make the most Qatar Airways bookings to Australia via Aviate between 19 and 25 October.  

Week 4 – Most improved 
Achieve the biggest year-on-year % increase in booking numbers between 26 October and 31 October, compared with the same period last year.

Terms and conditions

To qualify for this booking incentive, you must have a flights account with Aviate and have booked eligible Qatar Airways flights via Aviate during the qualifying weeks. 

Bookings will be counted from 12:00am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday each week, with the winner contacted the following Monday. For example, the winner of Week 1 will be contacted on Monday, 12 October 2026.  

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate, and the winner will be contacted following the end of each weekly booking period each Monday. 

Our prizes are distributed at tour operator level; it is up to the winning tour operator how they then award these prizes internally.  

The promotion runs from 5 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. 

Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify. 

All prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value. 

Vouchers must be claimed within three months of the campaign's conclusion. Claims received after this deadline will not be accepted. 

Aviate/Qatar Airways retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.  

Aviate/Qatar Airways retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time without notice or explanation.
