LOVE2SHOP NEW YEAR BONUS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize draw is open to UK operators that have a live account with Aviate for British Airways flights.

2. Employees of Aviate or British Airways and any companies affiliated (other than a registered account) to those mentioned are not eligible to enter.

3. Earn up to £90 on bookings to specific regions (which will be communicated by email) created between 2 October 2017 – 30 November 2017 as follows: Bookings made in Euro Traveller, Club Europe, World Traveller and World Traveller Plus - earn £5 per passenger. Bookings made in Club World and First - earn £10 per passenger.

4. On bookings containing a mix of cabins the bonus amount you will be eligible for will be based on the lowest applicable cabin, for example: A booking travelling out in Club World and returning in World Traveller would be eligible for £5 per passenger.

5. To be eligible for the New Year bonus you must register by emailing sales@aviateworld.com with your full name, company name and email address. We will then automatically track your company’s bookings made between 2 October – 30 November 2017.

6. Bookings entered must be ticketed by 31 December 2017.

7. Earnings will be capped at £500 per company.

8. The main contact listed for the company will be contacted in January and provided with a list of eligible bookings and the voucher amount so they can distribute how they see fit.

9. Vouchers will be sent out in the post by 31 January 2018.

10. Aviate cannot be held responsible for vouchers lost in the post.

11. Prizes are non-changeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

12. All registrants agree to have their name and company on Aviate's website and social platforms.

13. Winners will also be asked for a testimonial about the process and prize to be used by Aviate World for promotional purposes.

14. Aviate Management reserves the right to amend this promotion at any time.

15. Aviate Management's decision is final.
