How to enter: Book and ticket Malaysia Airlines flights, through Aviate, between 22 October 2018 and 30 November 2018. Winners will be chosen at random from the list of qualifying ticketed bookings at the end of the incentive period.
The incentive is open to all Aviate operators booking Malaysia Airlines between 22 October 2018 and 30 November 2018.
Flights must be booked with Aviate.
This incentive is open to group bookings.
Groups bookings must be booked and deposited between the incentive dates listed above.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Aviate will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
Hotel dates are subject to availability.
Aviate retain the rights to change the hotel if not available at the time of booking.
Winners of the hotel stay will be required to share the same room.
Football tickets will be provided by Malaysia Airline for a match chosen by the airline and the hotel will be booked in accordance with these dates.
Hotel stay does not include breakfast.
Prizes may take up to 25 working days to arrive once winner has been notified.

Economy Class tickets to anywhere in Malaysia – terms and conditions
The winner will receive a certificate valid in exchange for complimentary Economy Class tickets between the UK and Malaysia, on MH operated flights only, subject to availability.
The incentive is open to all Aviate operators booking Malaysia Airlines between 22 October 2018 and 30 November 2018.
Winner will be chosen at random from the list of qualifying ticketed bookings at the end of the incentive period.

Prize does not include travel on other carriers or designated codeshare flights where Malaysia Airlines is not the operating carrier. The use of multiple marketing carriers is not allowed, all ticketing must be complete using a single carrier from origin to destination.

Except as otherwise provided, the prize winner and their travelling companion
(the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Prize tickets are not entitled to any upgrades, access to lounges and excess baggage.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
Winner of the flights must provide winners details within 14 days of receiving notification
Winners must provide travelling passengers passport details and travelling dates by the given deadline stated in the winners letter. Aviate reserves the right to withdraw the prize awarded if the deadline has not been adhered to. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
Stopovers, open segments and wait listing are not permitted.
Flights won will be need to be booked and completed travel by the date specified in the winners letter.
Enrich miles cannot be accrued on these tickets
Flights are subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
Aviate/ Malaysia Airlines retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
