Aviate Next Generation
We built Aviate Next Generation for you, and we want you to enjoy using it. Below are some handy hints and tips to make the process that little bit simpler to use!
Search tips
- Search across all Aviate’s Airline Partners for IT and Seat Only fares in one search
- The ‘Direct’ option will be ticked by default – so if you don’t mind your itinerary not being direct to destination untick this box – you may get a cheaper price
Shortcuts – if you know you are just looking for the cheapest price or quickest outbound journey, then these shortcuts are a great way to pick these up without checking through each flight combination.

Availability
- There is a limited number of itineraries that can be returned in one search, so if you do not see the flights that you want in the results, then amend your search to be more specific.
- Use the i> button next to each flight to see what combinations are available with that flight.
- Prices will be inclusive of fare and taxes as default. To view fare only utick the ‘Include Taxes’ option
- Review your selected flights in the basket before continuing through the booking process
Filters
- Filter your results using one of our filters, eg Price or Ticketing Deadline, to only see the options that suit your needs most
General
- View and Resend booking emails from the view emails button when displaying your booking
- Talk to our experienced UK reservations team live by selecting the Chat option
- Use the ‘To Do List’ to check if you have any bookings coming up to the Ticketing Deadline, or that have passed the Ticketing Deadline and requires cancellation
