First Prize
2 x return Economy Class flights to Mauritius with Air Mauritius
The incentive is open to all Aviate operators.
Applicable for all new flight bookings made between 11 September 2018 and 7 October 2018.
The operator with the most qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period will win the flights to Mauritius.
Subject to availability except during peak periods, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and public holidays. The validity of the voucher cannot be extended and it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Both passengers must travel on the same outbound and return flights.
Prize does not include travel on other carriers or designated codeshare flights where
Air Mauritius is not the operating carrier.
Except as otherwise provided, the prize winner and their travelling companion
(the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Prize tickets are not entitled to any upgrades, access to lounges and excess baggage.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner must advise travel dates and passport details within 4 weeks of notification. Aviate reserve the right to re-draw the prizes awarded after this time.
Kestrelflyer Miles cannot be accrued on these tickets
Flights are subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
Aviate/Air Mauritius retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Aviate/ Air Mauritius retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
