COVID-19 ENTRY RESTRICTIONS LIFTED FOR UK PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO TURKEY (TR)
Dear Travel Partner,
The restriction on travel for passengers from the UK (or those passengers who have been in the UK during the previous 10 days) has been lifted by the Turkish Authorities.
Passengers are now able to travel to Turkey from the UK providing that they have a negative COVID PCR test which has been taken within 72 hours of departure and have completed the online form (PLF) https://register.health.gov.tr/) for entrance to Turkey within 72 hours, which are both a requirement by the government. Failure to do this will result in refusal of travel.
Please note passengers travelling under the age of 6 are not required to submit either a negative PCR test or online form (PLF).
This memo is provided for informative purposes only and is based on the information available to Turkish Airlines at present. We strongly recommend passengers and agencies to review the travel news page provided by IATA, the travel information hub provided by the Star Alliance or check with the relevant local authorities, consulates and embassies of the countries of departure, transit and arrival for the most up to date and accurate information.
