In June this year, we launched our Help Centre, creating a hub of information, resources and support so that you, our tour operator partners, can find resolutions to your questions and queries, faster than ever before.
What’s so good about the Help Centre?
The Help Centre contains two key features; a Knowledge Bank and a Contact Form, so let’s delve a little deeper and look at what’s included…
Knowledge Bank
Filled with informative resources, handy how-tos and answers to FAQs, the Knowledge Bank was created so you can find the answers to common queries without the need for contacting our team, helping you resolve your query faster, with no fuss. The knowledge bank is being continuously updated with the latest airline and system information so you can make informed decisions.
Contact Form
Not just any Contact Form, our intuitive form will ask a couple of questions about your query so it can be directed to the correct team. Submitting via our contact form is our fasted method of contact, with your query automatically entering our system and workflow. You can, of course, still contact us via the traditional methods, but if you’re looking for a super speedy resolution, using our contact form will make that happen.
