New Plaza Premium Lounge at London Heathrow Airport for Air France-KLM customers

As of 19 August 2024, Air France and KLM customers departing from London Heathrow Airport and
eligible for lounge access* are invited to the new Plaza Premium Lounge. With thoughtful division into
distinct zones, the lounge caters to every traveller’s needs. Business travellers find focused serenity
in a tranquil zone, while families can unleash their inner explorer in a playful environment.

The lounge is located in the airside, opposite Gate 10a, Level 2, Heathrow Terminal 4 Departures.
