This incentive is open to all operators booking through Aviate.

Applicable for all new Qatar Airways bookings from 4 May 2018 until 27 May 2018.

Bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.

All bookings must be made through Aviate.

Does not include Groups

Qualifying bookings are only those with a Qatar Airways prefix (QR) operated solely by Qatar Airways only.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.

Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.

The operator with the most points at the end of the incentive period will win the £500 voucher.

Points basis:

The 2 x £50 Hotel Chocolat gifts will awarded to operators selected at random from the list of qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period.

The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.

No alternative to the prize specified will be offered.

The winners may not use the prizes in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.

Aviate cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
