Terms

The incentive is open to all Aviate operators.

 Applicable for all new flight bookings made with South African Airways between 5 September 2018 – 30 September 2018.

• The agent with the most points at the end of the incentive period wins.
• Mabula Game lodge must be available for booking at the same time of travel.
• Winners are responsible for their own transfer from/to the airport to/from Mabula Game lodge.
• Room provided is not upgradeable or changeable by the winner.
• Aviate retain the right to provide alternative accommodation, If the Mabula Game lodge is unavailable to book.
• Both flights and accommodation provided is subject to availability except during peak periods, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, and public and school holidays.
• Passenger and guest will be required to share the same hotel room.
• Both passengers must travel on the same outbound and return flights.
• Except as otherwise provided, the prize winner and their travelling companion
  (the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.  It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
• Prize tickets are not entitled to any upgrades, access to lounges and excess baggage.
• Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.
• Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
• No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
• All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
• Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
• Not applicable to Group bookings.
• The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
• The winner must advise travel dates and passport details within 4 weeks of notification. Aviate reserve the right to re-draw the prizes awarded after this time.
• Flights won will be need to be booked and completed travel by the date specified in the winners letter.
• Voyager Miles cannot be accrued on these tickets
• Flights are subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
• The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
• Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
• Aviate/ South African Airways retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Aviate/ South African Airways retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
