Terms and Conditions

Book Etihad Airways flights, through Aviate, from 17 May 2018 until 31 May 2018.

This incentive is open to all operators who book Etihad Airways via Aviate.

This incentive is open to group bookings.

The incentive period runs from  17 May 2018 to 31 May 2018.

Each PNR shall be entered into a prize draw and the winner shall be chosen at random from the list of qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate Management during the incentive period.

All bookings must be made during the incentive period. Bookings made prior or after will not qualify.

Any bookings made and then cancelled will not be included in the incentive.

Aviate Management will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen items.

The winner will be announced and notified within 2 working days of the incentive ending.

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher or prize.

Winner must provide the names of those attending and the tickets must not be sold to anyone else. Named winner and guest must attend.

Winner must arrange their own travel to and from events, where applicable, and cover all costs.

Aviate/Etihad Airways retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
