Terms and conditions

This incentive is open to all operators booking through Aviate.

Applicable for all new Turkish Airlines bookings made from 4 June until 1 July 2018.  

Bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.

All bookings must be made through Aviate Management to qualify.

This incentive is open to group bookings.

Qualifying bookings are only those with a Turkish Airlines prefix (TK) operated solely by Turkish Airlines only.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.

Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.

The winner shall be selected, at random from a the list of qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period.

The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.

No alternative to the prize specified will be offered.

Blackout dates apply, these include school holidays and peak season.

Travel in low and shoulder season only.

Flights are non-transferable and the winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.

The prize winner and their travelling companion (the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, accommodation, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.  It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas.

Both passengers must travel on the same outbound and return flights.

Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.

Aviate / Turkish Airlines retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Aviate / Turkish Airlines retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
