This incentive is open to all operators who book United Airlines via Aviate.

The incentive period runs from 3 September 2018 to 30 September 2018.

The agent with the most bookings made during the incentive period will win the office party.

Love2shop vouchers will be awarded to operators chosen at random from qualifying bookings made throughout the campaign.

*The UA Economy Class tickets must be raffled during the office party and are eligible to any of United Airlines US gateways only; Newark New York, Washington Dulles, Chicago O’Hara, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Houston Texas International Airport from any UK serving International Airport.

Tickets may be used from 1 November 2018 and all travel must be completed by 31 October 2019.

Flights tickets won must be booked via Aviate Commercial Department by 10 December 2018.

Flight tickets have no monetary value and are non-transferable and not upgradable. Stopovers at gateway cities are not permitted.

The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.  It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.

Mileage accrual is not available for this complimentary ticket.

Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable.  Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.

Flight tickets are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply including, School Holiday, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, religious and national festivals.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate Management during the incentive period.

Any bookings made and then cancelled will not be included in the incentive.

Aviate Management will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen items.

The winner will be announced and notified within 15 working days of the incentive ending.

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher or prize.

Aviate/United Airlines retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
