Where tour operators are re-protecting affected Thomas Cook cancellations onto any Aviate airline services,
then provided the booking can be shown to have been ticketed, and is still yet to travel on any portion of the itinerary,
we will remove the Aviate fees from the booking in order to assist as much as we can with any costs.

To confirm, any part-travelled Thomas Cook bookings are not covered and non-ticketed bookings do not apply.
