How to enter: Book Air New Zealand flights, through Aviate, from 4 October 2018 – 28 October 2018.
The top overall booker at the end of the incentive period will win the tickets.
“Pete the Kiwi” will be given to 5 operators selected at random, from the list of qualifying bookings, at the end of the incentive period.
This incentive is open to all operators who book Air New Zealand via Aviate.
This incentive will end on Sunday 28 October 2018.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate Management during the incentive period.
Any bookings made and then cancelled will not be included in the incentive.
Aviate Management will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen items.
Except as otherwise provided, the prize winner and their travelling companion (the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Prize tickets are not entitled to any upgrades, access to lounges and excess baggage.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
Winners must provide travelling passengers passport details and travelling dates by the given deadline stated in the winners letter. Aviate reserves the right to withdraw the prize awarded if the deadline has not been adhered to.
Flights won will be need to be booked and completed travel by the date specified in the winners letter.
Airpoints™ cannot be accrued on these tickets.
Flights are subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
