Win 2 economy flights to Mauritius

Applicable for all new flight bookings made between 04 October 2017 – 29 October 2017

Bookings valid on all Air Mauritius flights to any destination and in all booking classes.

Agents will be rewarded with 2 points per Economy Class booking and 4 points per Business Class booking

The agent with the most points from qualifying bookings made within the incentive period will win the flight tickets only valid on direct flights from London Heathrow to Mauritius

Trip prizes won by minors (under 18 years of age) will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian

Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value.  Tickets cannot be auctioned.  At the time of travel the prize winner must be working for the Travel Industry and a letter of confirmation should be provided.

Tickets can be used at any time except during specific embargo periods (Christmas/New Year, summer, Easter and UK school holidays).  Tickets are subject to flight availability at the time of ticketing – in the correct booking class service.

Reservations may not be confirmed earlier than 30 days before departure.  Tickets must be issued within 14 days after reservations are confirmed.  Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.  Waitlist is not permitted.

Frequent flyer – Kestrel credit does not apply to this transportation.

Both passengers must travel on the same flights

Passengers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and any necessary visa’s/permits

Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.

Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.

No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.

Not applicable to Group bookings.

The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.

The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.

Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
