• The Incentive is open to all agents booking Cathay Pacific through Aviate.
• The agency with the most qualifying bookings made between 5 June 2018 – 1 July 2018 will win two return Economy Class tickets to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific.
• Spot prizes include: Sonos One, Cantonese cookery class for two plus dining, 2 x £50 Love2shop vouchers, crate of Champagne and Cathay Pacific “Year of the Dog” cuddly toys.
• Spot prizes will be given away at random from the list of qualifying booking at the end of the incentive period.
• All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during the incentive period.
• The prizes will be sent to the winners once they have been allocated their prize by random and it has been ordered and received.  Please allow one month post winner notification.
• Aviate will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• The incentive period is from 5 June 2018 – 1 July 2018 inclusive, any bookings made outside of this period will not qualify.
• The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
• The prize is non-transferable and the winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
• Blackout dates apply, school holidays, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, religious and national festivals.
• Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value.  Tickets cannot be auctioned.
• The ticket/s you have been awarded are non-transferable & non re-routable in any way.  This means that your ticket cannot be transferred into another person’s name and it cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and cannot be changed to any origin or destination.

• Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together on the same flights/dates.
• Prize does not include travel on other carriers or designated codeshare flights where
  Cathay Pacific is not the operating carrier.  All travel must be completed before the
  expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
• The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.

• It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas.

• Mileage accrual is not available for this complimentary ticket.
• Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable.  Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.

• Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
• Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
• Not applicable to Group bookings.

• Winner must be employed with the same company at the time of draw.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Aviate and/or Cathay Pacific retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Aviate and/or Cathay Pacific retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
