Terms and conditions

This incentive is open to all operators booking through Aviate.

Applicable for all new Delta bookings from 1 May 2018 until 27 May 2018.

Bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.

All bookings must be made through Aviate.

Does not include Groups

The operator with the most points at the end of the incentive period will win the tickets.

Points basis:

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
The winners will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
No alternative to the prize specified will be offered
Flights are non-transferable and the winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
The prize winner and their travelling companion (the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, accommodation, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.  It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas.
The winner will receive electronic certificates valid in exchange for complimentary (except 3rd party taxes and fees) roundtrip in main cabin  between the US/Canada/Mexico & Europe when Q, V, U and L class are available. Delta operated and marketed flights. 
Travel between UK, USA, Canada, Latam and Transpacific flights. 
Both passengers must travel on the same outbound and return flights.
Reservations must be made and tickets issued prior to departure. Tickets must be issued within 24 hours of making reservations.
Certificate must be redeemed and ticket issued by the date stated above. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
Maximum Stay: Travel must be completed within 331 days of the booking date. 
Blackout dates: None.
Stopovers, open segments and wait listing are not permitted, in addition if this certificate is valid for roundtrip travel, circle and double open-jaw trips are not permitted. For certificates that are valid for roundtrip travel, single legal open-jaw itineraries are permitted.
The use multiple marketing carriers is not allowed, all ticketing must be complete using a single marketing carrier from origin to destination.
Stopovers of more than 4 hours for domestic travel or 24 hours for transoceanic travel are not permitted. 
Travel on DL is valid via DL published routings on DL published fares for the permitted area of travel for this certificate. If this certificate is valid for international travel, non-DL operated flights, if permitted, are only valid for Transatlantic travel between the US (including Puerto Rico)/Canada/Mexico and Europe/Middle East/Africa. Schedules are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. Involuntary denied boarding compensation, if applicable, will not be paid.
The certificate is transferable only if it is not associated with an individual's name. Exception: If the certificate is issued in an individual's name, the certificate may be used by a different person as long as the original recipient is traveling with that person in the same reservation. Certificates may not be transferred for cash or any other consideration. Purchased and/or auctioned certificates are subject to confiscation and travel will not be permitted.
Once ticketed, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Standard baggage fees apply and are the responsibility of the passenger. 
Upgrades: Not permitted.
This certificate/prize may not be combined with any other discount, promotional fare also known as a web fare, infant fare, child fare, senior fare, e-cert, coupon, certificate, ticket designator, reference code, upgrades, promotions or group fares. This certificate only permits travel on a single marketing carrier in each direction, use of multiple marketing carriers in the same direction of travel is not permitted.
SkyMiles mileage credit will NOT be awarded for travel with this certificate. 
Certificate expiration is as of midnight Eastern Standard Time on the date of issue. Travel must be ticketed prior to the certificate expiration date.
Ticket Validity: One year from the date of issue. 
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
Aviate / Delta retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Aviate / Delta retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
