The Incentive is open to all agents booking through Aviate.
Qualifying bookings must be made during the incentive period 3 April 2018 – 29 April 2018 inclusive.
All bookings must be made for travel between 1 May 2018 and 30 June 2018.
The agent with the most qualifying bookings at the end of the incentive period will win 2 x tickets to Reykjavik with Icelandair.
Each qualifying booking will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 4 x Love2shop vouchers, Gifts of Nature mask set from the Blue Lagoon, Iceland Spa candle from the Blue Lagoon. 
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during the incentive period.
Aviate will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
The incentive period is from 3 April 2018 – 29 April 2018 inclusive.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The prize is non-transferable and the winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Blackout dates apply, school holidays, Bank holidays, Christmas, New Year, religious and national festivals.
Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value.  Tickets cannot be auctioned. 
The ticket/s you have been awarded is non-transferable & non re-routable in any way.  This means that your ticket cannot be transferred into another person’s name and it cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and cannot be changed to any origin or destination.
Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together on the same flights/dates. 
Prize does not include travel on other carriers or designated codeshare flights where Icelandair is not the operating carrier.  All travel must be completed before the expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance.
It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas.
Mileage accrual is not available for this complimentary ticket.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable.  Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed. 
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
Winner must be employed with the same company at the time of draw.
No cash alternative is available.
Aviate and/or Icelandair retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
