Lufthansa - Incentive Terms and Conditions
Prize:
2 x Economy tickets to Munich with Lufthansa and a two-night stay.
How to enter: Book Lufthansa flights, through Aviate, from 5 November 2018 – 2 December 2018.
The top overall booker at the end of the incentive period will win the prize.
This incentive is open to all operators who book Lufthansa via Aviate.
This incentive will end on Sunday 2 December 2018.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate Management during the incentive period.
Any bookings made and then cancelled will not be included in the incentive.
Except as otherwise provided, the prize winner and their travelling companion
(the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Prize tickets are not entitled to any upgrades, access to lounges and excess baggage.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
Prize tickets valid on Lufthansa and Lufthansa regional partner operated flights only.
Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks but not earlier than three months before the proposed date of travel.
All flights are subject to availability of booking classes.
In the unlikely event that passengers are down-graded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Lufthansa will not be held responsible.
Travel has to be completed by 30/06/2019.
The prize includes all CRS taxes and charges.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrues as a result of this prize.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prizes being given.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
Winners must provide travelling passengers passport details and travelling dates by the given deadline stated in the winners letter. Aviate reserves the right to withdraw the prize awarded if the deadline has not been adhered to.
The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be used on one trip (passengers must travel together).
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
Aviate/Lufthansa retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Aviate/Lufthansa retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
