The agent with the most points from qualifying bookings made within the incentive period will win.
Tickets are valid on direct flights from London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines only.
The ticket is valid from 28 January 2018 – 30 November 2018, with the exception of blackout dates, 12 Feb-28 Feb18 // 15 March-08 April18 // 01 June-24 Sep18 // 01 Oct-30 Oct18.
Reservations must be made no later than 01 March 2018. Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value. Tickets cannot be auctioned.
The ticket/s you have been awarded is non-transferable & non re-routable in any way. This means that your ticket cannot be transferred into another person’s name and it cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and cannot be changed to any origin or destination. All flights are to depart and arrive from London Heathrow Airport (LHR/T4).
The validity of the ticket is as per your prize letter, i.e. avoiding blackout dates specified. All seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Entries open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together on the same flights/dates. Flight booking must be made no later than 01 March 18. All travel must be completed within one month from ticket date of departure.
Malaysia Airlines shall pay any applicable transportation taxes and government imposed fees related to the prize.
Prize does not include travel on oneworld carriers or designated codeshare flights where Malaysia Airlines is not the operating carrier. All travel must be completed before the
expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
Except as otherwise provided, the prizewinner and their travelling companion
(the “winners”) are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Prize tickets are not entitled to any Upgrades, access to Golden Lounges and Excess Baggage. Mileage accrual is not available for this complimentary ticket.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.

The prize winner is solely responsible for declaring details of any award provided under the promotion to HMRC and for paying any tax liability which may arise.
Hotel must be available for booking at the same time of travel, this must be during low season.
Aviate reserves the right to change the hotel upon booking, should the hotel be unavailable for booking on chosen dates.
Passenger and guest will be required to share the same hotel room.
Both passengers must travel on the same outbound and return flights.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
