The incentive is open to all Aviate operators.
Flights won are departure from London Gatwick only.
This incentive excludes Buenos Aires
The incentive is open to all new operators making Norwegian bookings, through Aviate, between 01 May 2018 – 27 May 2018.
The winner will be selected at random, from the list of qualifying bookings, at the end of the incentive period.
Blackout dates apply including, School Holiday, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, religious and national festivals.
Booking must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
Tickets are valid for 6 months.
The tickets are valid until December 2018.
Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value. Tickets cannot be auctioned.
The ticket/s you have been awarded is non-transferable & non re-routable in any way. This means that your ticket cannot be transferred into another person’s name and it cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and cannot be changed to any origin or destination. All flights are to depart and arrive from London Gatwick Airport.
The validity of the ticket is as per your prize letter, i.e. avoiding blackout dates specified.
All seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together on the same flights/dates.
Prize does not include travel on other carriers or designated codeshare flights where
Norwegian is not the operating carrier.
The prize winner and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, accommodation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, excursions and entertainment. The winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they have a valid passport each and obtain any necessary vaccination or visas for their trip.
Mileage accrual is not available for this complimentary ticket.
Once tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable, or upgradeable. Once booked, the origin and destination, flight time and date of travel cannot be changed.
Flights must be booked with Aviate Management.
All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate prior to the prize being given.
Reservations made but then cancelled will not qualify.
No alternative to the prizes specified will be offered.
Not applicable to Group bookings.
The winner will be notified within 15 business days of the final draw.
The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, incentive or prize draw.
Winner must be employed with the same agency at the time of travel.
Aviate cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Aviate and Norwegian retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Aviate and Norwegian retain the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
