To qualify for this booking incentive, you must have a Groups account with Aviate and have booked and deposit committed via Aviate Groups between 1 – 31 August 2024.

Our prizes are distributed at tour operator/consumer level, it is up to the winning tour operator/consumer how they then award these prizes internally.

The incentive period runs from 1 – 31 August 2024.

All qualifying bookings will be audited by Aviate during and after the period and only bookings made from operators/consumers based in the UK will qualify

Bookings made but then cancelled will not qualify.

All prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Winners will receive their reward(s) within 21 working days of the incentive ending.

Aviate retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
